Fixer trick

    I don't know if everyone else knows about this but if u r a fixer and fleet up with other fixer with same weapon level as u (approx) the chance of winning the battle is greatly increased. My win streak is 15 and completed the "god like" achievement.

    Is fixing 10k on average for an mk 5 considered good?

    I guess it is considered pretty good. I have no idea coz I am not a MK5 Fixer myself, and I never really pay attention to it. You are basically saving 1 or 2 ships at that level with ur Fixer! I really don't know. Sorry if I was no help...

    Strange, i'd usually advise against fixer fleets but I guess if it's working for you then keep at it xD

    Can't disagree with that because I had a few comeback with another fixer in my team who used point dmg weapon as well.

    I guess I thought this would have become clear to me by now but which weapons are the point damage? And am I correct that those are the ones affected by defense perks?

    10k isn't too bad. It's difficult as it depends on the team but if you've outhealed two of the infriendlies or their top damage dealer than I'd say job well done.

    Point damage weapons are railgun, carronade, and all cannons except explosive, which is area.

    My record fixing as a mk6 is 37k+. I range from 10 to 20k+ for a majority of my battles, not including dmg points.

    I'm a bit older over the infame
    On average, if I can be killed at the beginning and the team loses, then it turns out about 5-7 thousand repairs
    If I live a normal battle and we will win, then 15+ thousand repairs.

    But I know for sure that the two fixers are not a guarantee of victory.
