Fixer got nerfed hard In recent update

    People on nightmare are running these, 23.4 seconds duration and only a 11.1 second Cooldown. You cannot deny flare gun is a very popular weapon. But what is the point of nerfing the fixer so hard that my epic repair bolts heal less than 1/3 it's normal amount. Stack enough of these and Banderas's T5 Leg bolt which does over 2K will heal a mere 100. If more and more people start spamming flares, then there is no point to being a fixer at all. Furthermore, with the recent Tesla bolt update, removing stun does not remove the heal debuff, so for the next 10+ seconds after u remove stun off team mate u can't heal them, not to mention the shot that removed that stun healed nothing either. I don't see a problem with healing debuffs, but is stacking not a bit ridiculous?

    TLDR: If there is a cap for how slow you can make someone when stacking frost, why you cannot cap the flare heal debuff stacking? And why is there no counter?

    From my side... 1st flare - 30% healing , second from same flare after 11s cd - 51% healing... so u got 12 sec burn with -51% reduce healing with 2 stacks = 180 dmg per second ... if just a flare...
    and I don't say about party speeder or enfo... defender fixer can't heal... at all... and yeap... u can't remove this dmg/debuff/status

    So, for this logic ... why cannon dmg doesn't statcks for same logic ?... every burn effect will add burst for 25% dmg for cannon , why not ? +25 for 1st, +50% for 2nd and so on... I see 7 stacks on defender in one othe game ... so it's could be +175% dmg for cannon.

    I aggree. Flare heal debuff shouldn't stack. %30 is fair enough, not more.

    Yes I totally agree, the heal debuff should not stack.
    Whether 1 flare or 5 flares, -30% should be the fixed heal reduction.

    Have to agree here. When the Lord of All Things Silver and Adhesive himself (Miku) can't outheal the combined flares with his 450HP+ per second of Duct Tape, a regular non-Selfish Fixer has zero chance to survive.

    It's one thing to wander out into the thick of things and get blown out - no one should expect to survive that, if it's not flares hitting you it's Blast or Explosive cannons.

    But one flare at 90dmg/second with a 1/3rd healing debuff effectively nullifies the self-healing of both of my pulses (Rare 50/Epic 40) running at the same time - and then it continues to burn for another 15 seconds afterwards!

    Even as a flare user, I agree in that flare heal debuffs shouldnt stack.
