Fixed care package refresh time

    As of now we have 1 care package refresh per day and the countdown til the next refresh started after you using it. Why not get this time fixed like with the bonus free guild boost?

    Why is this matter? We dont have to be in game in the exact time to refresh the package, if not, we wont waste more time on it with the timing sum up more and more. Fixing the time will also allow us to sometimes use 2 refresh per day so we can get the parts/perks... easier. I'd love to hear you guys opinion about this.
