Falla con el update

Hola. Tengo un Xperia xa1 con Android 7.0 y recientemente aplique el update del juego. A partir de ese momento no puedo jugar porque el juego se congela inmediatamente en la pantalla de inicio (donde esta el bote), y el colmo de todo es que hasta Android se congela y no puedo controlar mi dispositivo la única solución es reiniciarlo. Si alguien le paso y logro solucionarlo dígame cómo por favor.
