    Was it a premium chest deal or a 10x bundle?

    How much did your purchase cost if you are unsure.

    If it was a 10x bundle pack and you did not recieve your full purchase screenshot your receipt and contact Rovio via email.

    I don't think we even have daily deals currently that contains the epic crate. But even if your connection drops in the middle of the opening you can find the rest of the boxes from your inventory. It's not technically possible that you would get only part of what you bought as they are all given at the same time.
