If I understand correctly when you first install Battle Bay, it downloads the basic files from the Google Play Store. Then when you first run it, it downloads extra files from a server or something. When we put it on one account it works. Now when we try to have Battle Bay on two accounts, (Android, different Google accounts, same device), when we run it the screen just stays black. I think it has something to do with downloading the extra files. So maybe we can manually copy them over and that would fix it? If so, what are the names, and where are the extra files?

What you are describing sounds totally plausable. The game is split into .apk and .obb files. They are both served from Google Play servers but are in different files. Using multiple accounts on one device is not part of our normal testing so I can't be sure if that is the case, but the OBB file missing usually manifests like that so that the game gets stuck to an empty screen because it doesn't have any assets to show anything.

Unfortunately I can't figure out anything that might help you right now because I haven't tried that ever yet. :(

The /Android/obb folder is accessible by all users by design, as OBB files are designed to be a "shared resource" and not contain any per-user data - and that's where the single OBB file lives (under com.rovio.battlebay, of course)

My money's on permissions in the main /Android/data/com.rovio.battlebay folder - the "second copy" of the game thinks it needs to create these files anew, and the "first account's copy" has already created and claimed ownership, so the "second account" can't overwrite them. Assuming there's nothing preventing it from working, I should try this on a rooted device with debug logging and see where it hangs up.
