To all the noobs struggling!!!!! What if there was a way to exchange items within guildmates.
You can only gain the exchange tokens within the guild raffle or the shop.
    For commons they are I = 1, II = 2, III = 3, IV = 4, V = 5
    Uncommons are I = 2, II = 4, III = 6, IV = 8, V = 10
    Rare are I = 3, II = 6, III = 9, IV = 12, V = 15
    You get the idea.

And, make the infamy by 'gear score', this way, the OP noobs will face other players that are highly skilled, but the thing is, they have been playing for longer so they should've mastered a setup.

I have 4.5k gear score. I always face people with 7K+ gear score. It isn't even fair!
But here's the protest, "its not fair to the people who are bad!!"
Well guess what? No. one. cares
They should've mastered the weapons themselves.
This is why there will be a casual mode, 3v3.
Once every match ends (casual and ranked) the infamy will be displayed next to the person's gear score.

Unfair? you say? (ranked and casual)
No, because if you swap a guildmate's item, the matches will get harder or easier depending on what you have.

It's a good way of finding the RIGHT skill level you should be placed in

And for another example? In clash royale there is a mode called 'challenges' (i hope u know)
You battle other players but the game doesn't care on what level of cards you have.
If you wanted to know how good they were, you check the player profile.

Just like in the new battle bay update, right? :p

I just got a good idea!
    Exchange items with pearls!
    Ex) t1 epic - 2000 pearls
T1 Leg - 10000pearls (or exchange coupon only for cash)

    Too mich.

    COMMON: 1 pearl
    UNCOMMON: 2 or 3
    RARE: 5
    EPIC: 10-15
LEGENDARY: 100 ( due to the massive hardships you must go through to obtain a leggy)

    As for tiers:
COMMON: increase by 1 pearl every tier
    UNCOMMON: increase 3 pearls/tier
    RARE: 5 pearls/tier
    EPIC: x2/tier
    LEGGY: x10/ tier

wait, ranked mode will be determined by infamy, a causal mode (aka test stuff) will be determined by gear score
The thing is, casual mode will still give you the same loot, but none of the infamy is changed (?)

Reduce the loot to around 25% of the ranked mode and give the customs around 10% and I'll love your idea :D

infamy base on gear score will kill the core of the game, mk1 on world top? this idea is stupid enough. exchange item is impossible. for ladder and progress games, these are the core reason why people playing them, changing them will kill the fun and end the game.

no wait, you face the people with your exact same ship tier.
And, gear score as infamy will make the matches balanced

Most of the times, it's not about the items, it's about the skills. Also, then how will people incease their rankings other than luck with what items they get?

Also, you face people with 7k+ gear score?

    No it won't. Period.

Here's the problem. Rovio pays you hugely to seal club. So people will find ways to do so. I can think of at least one way with your rule right now. The bottom line is seals drop phat loot so people kill them. Until that changes, nothing else will. People will always find the loopholes in whatever set of rules you create and then exploit them.

oh yea, umm. so, i made an idea of having a weapon upgrade limit for each league.
challenger, tier 3 common, tier 2 uncommon, tier 1 rare,
warrior, tier 4 common, tier 3 uncommon, tier 2 rare,
master, tier 5 common, tier 4 uncommon, tier 4 rare,
    You get the idea
But if the ship gets to a very high infamy point, than she will also face other skilled ships (mk1)

skill yes, i guess RNG determines what you get. it's more of skill than OPness.
Yes I face people with over 7k gear score at 1900 infamy. ALL. THE. TIME.

So then, when the quest week starts I just shed 2000 infamy and rack up my T3 common gear and bring my Ace-2 skills to the noob zone. Assuming there are any noobs there (and not others like me), I cut them down like wheat and rock the quest board. Even better, since the gear is limited to low level gear it's trivially easy to have a wide selection of weapons for the quests.

When I'm done collecting raffle tickets I pop in my speeder and ride back up to Ace-2.

Really, you're going to find it very hard to make some set of rules that I can't find a way around. What makes all of the above a "reasonable" thing to do is that despite how annoyingly hard it is to shed the infamy then regain it again all those raffle tickets are access to the best loot source available to me by far. That's what has to change.

Don't get me wrong. I agree with your problem statement. I just think the fix has to come in the form of changing the rewards and incentives. I've pondered scaling everything off of gear score * infamy. That way, the only way to achieve maximum results is to fight people with the best gear and most wins. Gold and sugar rewards from matches should be scaled that way. Experience should be scaled that way. And progress against guild quests should be scaled that way. Everything has to be scaled that way so that all the advantages go to those who are fighting against the toughest opponents they can manage. There's still ways to game that system but they are minimized and frankly, it's easiest just to play the game. If you do you'll get the gear you need to compete and advance. Casuals will still get rewards and still advance. But they'll do so more casually.

The problem statement is simple: In any game, if you make low level content drop high level gear then the high levels will farm the low level content.
