Evolving an item: do we lose perks?

    Hello guys,
    let's say you have a level 10 canon and you have a level 1 with some perks fitted on it.
    If i evolve my level 10 canon, will i lose the perks fitted on the level 1 canon?

    Remove the perks from level 1 evolve the weapon reinstall the perk.

    ...yes more logic than the game put your perk in the new one or in the desktop or just ask you...so we wait to million years for a nice perk and you need to be nostradamus to know all this, they are at least tree topics asking the same....so fix please, can´t be so difficult, it´s not, not, not... fair this kind of thinks.

    You shouldn't add a perk to a level 1iteam at the first place, only the higher level one unless you use both
