    So, I was one star away from earning the epic achievement. Played my game, won, and earned 2 stars for it. Went back in to claim my perk, Carro perk btw (really wanted the health perk instead), and once the board opened up the legendary countdown it showed 0/60. Why didn’t my 2nd star transfer over to my next pathway?

    This is due to the quests being completely independent. They work so that after you complete a quest the next unlocks.

    I might feel a bit funny with only stars but starts to make more sense if you would for example have first a star quest, then a kill quest and next a win quest for example.

    The same happens with daily quests too. Let’s say you have 3 quests and one of them is a 10k dmg daily quest and you do 15k dmg. You claim the reward which triggers a new quest immediately from the overflow slot. Even if it would be a damage quest it doesn’t progress with the left over 5k of damage.

    This happened to me just now. 34/35 then got 3 stars and I was at 0/60. But since rovio gave me an epic frost cannon perk I decided to forgive them :D

    So sorry not sorry, that’s how it is?
    It sucks to lose that star. If there aren’t going to be using multiple requirements. I.e. damage or win quests as miika mentioned, then why take our star?
    Anyways, it’s just a star.

    Thanks for the reply. That explanation makes sense. I did get an epic perk after all.....now, how do I trade it in for the Health Boost perk....;)

    @Miika, so can you explain why I still losing stars after I completed the quest. I was 3 stars short for the epic perk. I won 3 consecutive games with 2 stars each. I forgot to claim after the second win and claimed after the 3rd win. After I claimed, it was 0/60 for the legendary perk.

    This is implemented intentionally. Instead of using a single variable to keep count of the total stars, you just reset that variable after each quest. As a developer myself, I can tell you your way of keeping track of stars is a bit more work. So if you guys ever use the excuse of a bug, I can't see any developer intentionally implementing a bug.

    There is an easier way to keep track of stars than reset the number for each quest. This is intentionally implemented to screw the players. If you know a developer that think implementing a variable reset for each quest is easier instead of one where it just keep track of the total stars earned, please let me know.

    I understand the explanation, but it sucks that we're losing those 2-5 stars. The grind is already difficult so we can't afford losing no single star :mad:
