Epic lvl 10 vs Rare lvl 20

    Which is better? This is a common dilemma many people would have I guess. Either spending materials to upgrade tier II weapons to lvl 20 or to upgrade an epic weapon to lvl 10.

    Well, I think it is up to individual on how they want to play it.
    At the end of the day epic gears definitely is a better investment to the same gear compared to lower rarity. Trade off is you do not know when you will be getting another duplicate item for evolve due to RNG.
    If you want to be competitive as you progress go with rare gears mainly and build your epic gears as a side quest, swap after your epic gear spec is better than rare gear.
    If you are not competitive and don't mind the grind just stay with upgrading epic gears only will save you a lot of resources in the later stage of your game.

    I would take the epic, they would do about the same dmg but the epic always looks the coolest
