An item with DPS 9 is better or DPS 10 ?

Epic items have lower DPS than uncommon items. ( similar weapons )

Which one is good?

 

Depends on the weapon and boat really. If a weapon is more likely to miss (torpedo) when shot from afar then the dps is 0.

But if you are asking should you use epic weapon x or uncommon weapon x, then obviously the one that does more damage (assuming it's the same weapon type). If you are asking which should you work on upgrading, that's up to you. Do you want good damage now or big damage later?

 

I try to carry maximum dps weapons in both 2 and 1 slots, and force myself to learn to use them effectively.
