Downgrade parts

    I'd like to downgrade some epic parts into uncommons. Even if I am being ripped off in the process.

    Yea I do :p I get loads of epic parts (compared to before update) but I struggle to upgrade the epics I want to because I can never find enough uncommon parts :(

    I had 40000 UC parts at one point. The good old days...
    As of now, I got like 5-6k XD and I got 1k of rare parts (yazzzz) and just 3 common :( anyways.
