    I'm gonna get a new phone and there is a question: Does your progress save into google play and if you uninstall the game, download it again and sign up, does it load?

    If you sync it into your gmail or facebook account your data will be saved

    Yes, as long as you were connected to google play. You can check this in menu --> OPTIONS --> ACCOUNTS. If it says "synced" next to the controller symbol on the left, you're good.
