Does Trainer Brock firebomb damage affect dps or just the inital damage?

    Not sure if I should go with Big Shield perks, or firebomb perks. Do the perks from Brock affect DPS for the entirety, or just the initial damage? Or both? Thanks!

    It adds up EVERY SECOND's burn damage
