Are forums only for the members or do Rovio and/or the Battle team read the forums too?

    • Sounds great that they do so. Only one question: do the do something in order to provide an answer after they have read the post?

Over a week ago I reported a problem that I can't login with my account after an update from BB. There has been no response at all. I would appreciate it if I can get an answer, whatever it is.
    Regards

I'll let them know, meanwhile can you open a support ticket?

They do read forums, and no, they rarely acknowledge posts. In fact if you try to force them to reply they will reprimand you. If you open a support ticket they seem to be very good about responding.

For support issues it is always best to come here and post a thread, if no reply within a few hours come back online and pm whichever MVP is online (says this on the front page of the forum above members names), I have found they are awesome at looking out for the community and getting things sorted :)

Yea, we are generally more active on the forums than the devs. They have more important stuff to do. So we are willing to field big issues, but don't abuse it. :p

The devs DO read the forums and are constantly taking feedback, ideas, and suggestions from the forums. They might not reply to everything, but they read most of the posts that gain any traction.
