Does DPS include perks affect

I ve added blue perks to my sniper cannon to max the chance for critical hit. Does the DPS calculation show the estimated amount of DPS with the higher probability of critical?

 

It just shows the dps of the sniper without any crits.

 

It would be nice to have it estimate DPS with the crits and perks. It would improve the ability when comparing two weapons.

i also would like to have it keep track of DPS by weapon from a battle. I would love to see what weapon the guy with the most damage got the most out of in the battle. When I'm trying something new I want to see if I am getting much damage from it and also if I am getting better using it.

Napalm is an interesting exception. I swapped in something I thought was stronger. I noticed i wasn't doing as well. So I swapped Napalm back in and I am liking it. I think it is a game changer. Makes the other team react. It changes the map for them and allows me more time to attack while they are twisting and turning to avoid the burning water. I guess my point is tracking DPS isn't the only factor.

Another one is fire bomb and burning ships. At the end of a battler it would be interesting to see how much extra damage is caused by perks that increase damage to burning ships.

 

Fire mortars are my...3rd worst enemy. After mines and torpedos. In later levels fire weapons make a huge difference.

 

I still dont know how much a sniper critical hit does :/ do you happen to know? It would be nice for a later post

 

A sniper crit does 100% more damage (2x the damage) of a regular shot. There's captain skills under bhurt and perks for all cannons that increase crit damage.
For example: you add a 10% more crit damage perk to your sniper. Your sniper does 200 damage. When it crits it does 420 damage. Without the perk it does 400.
