Does anyone ever get ghost torpedos?

    I get these sometimes. It's happened to me multiple times so I don't think I'm crazy. Basically I'm just floating around shooting people when all of a sudden I lose 800-900 HP even though I see no torps in water. At first I thought it was just lag from a previous bullet, but onetime I died and the picture was a torpedo. Not a cannon. I did not see the torpedo at all and I was in open waters with a clear view in every direction.

    Am I crazy or has this happened to others?

    Yup, happens to me too, mostly at the beginning of a battle. Has to be a torp cause there's no unfriends in line of sight.

    This happened to me too, even went through a wall to hit me. Couldn't have been possible because I wasn't close to the barrier and I didn't see it on the other side. It's always on the one map with the starting area behind the rock and the little fence barrier past it people hang out by at start

    Last night I saw a torpedo slide through one of those yellow fences, the one/kind Jerbears is talking about. Went right by me but I didn't watch to see where/if it blew up. Only seen this once, must have slipped through some minuscule geometry gap.

    The angle of the wave sometimes makes it really hard to see. Happened to me loads of times. The swift torpedoes can pass through small walls I think and they're literally impossible to see sometimes. It makes it somewhat fun tho lel

    Something the graphics of torpedo are so camouflaged that its almost impossible to see them

    Often.
    Sometimes I'm frozen and staring straight at the speeder who's about to fire it, with my grenade equipped for a good view and overboost at the ready for a quick dodge. Then boom and I'm done, with no torpedo ever in sight.
    Its probably down to nothing more than a bit of lag, but it sure isn't easy dodging a torp that hits you before its been fired.

    This has happened to me a few times recently. I think it's if the swift torp has enough speed perks, it can be very hard to see. Especially with a big wave in front of you
