Does all chat closed for a while?

    Im trying to chat but it doesnt work and when I see the last player/s who chat is still 6:29 (to gmt 8:00+) but when the present time was already 2:37 so I would probably think that it is just closed because this already happened when Battle Bay is still not global launch.
