Do perks stack?

    I have 3 perks added to my grenade, +6% chance to set things on fire. Do they stack or is adding more than one of the same perk pointless?

    Yes, they do. Otherwise having many perk slots would be pointless. And damage perks' effect is calculated from the base damage.
