Dispute with the developers

Hello.
I have a dispute with developers (Rovio).
I paid two (2 * 100pearls * 10 days) options daily receipt of pearls but every day I receive 100 pearls.
The first transaction on 1.09.2017, second 02.09.2017.
Starting from 02.09.2017 I expected the daily arrival of pearls 2 * 100 = 200, but also received 100 pearls in the day
I did not buy one option for 100 pearls for 20 days or an extension of the existing option. I bought two different packages for 10 days.
The developers answered:
You have purchased two offers of Daily one hundred pearls for ten days. Nowhere in the offer, there is a mention, how the offers are stacking together.

What do you think about this situation?

 

i am guessing that it sets up as a single subscription that extends the end date for giving out 100 pearls for 10 more days. Basically, the way the database set up is that you can only have 1 pearl diver subscription at a time.

 

You have to be patient. If you want 14,000 pearls instantly, you pay 100 dollars. You can't just stack a cheaper deal and hope to get the same amount sooner for the better price.

 

1 - nothing says that's not stackable. Ok
2 - mathematically, it would be very interesting vs. 2500pearls at 19,99€, with 4×4,99€ = 4000pearls after 10 days, if it's stackable. So, it's obviously non stackable.
3 - mathematically, it would be very very interesting vs. 6500pearls at 49,99€, with 10x4,99€ = 10000 Pearl after 10 days,if it's stackable. So, it's obviously non stackable.

Consequence, You have to wait 20 days. Be patient.sorry about that.

 

Isn't it impossible to buy more than one of the 100-per-day-for-10-days pearl package? Isn't the option supposed to become "unavailable" for 10 days after you've purchased it?

 

I believe so. At the very least, it wouldn't let me start a second one with the one time $5 offer running. I tried...for science (and also wicked cheap pearls, but that part failed).

The sentence says 100 pearls for 10 days.
And there is no information that they extend the existing similar option.

I think so, but sometimes there is also a Daily Deal which is also 100 pearls per day + some parts. So you might be able to get two or more running of those.

So long as you ultimately get 2000 pearls, I don't think there much to complain about. If you're being charged twice for the same pearls then I think that would be kind of mean and dishonest.
