Did not work on multiple users

    I found this game and it was so awesome that my brother (13) immediately downloaded it on the same device (Samsung Galaxy Tab A) on his account. After that, it would never load (not even to the Rivio logo), just stay black, even if we let it load for 30 min. We then deleted the game (in the files to get all the data off) and we re downloaded it on both accounts. Same story. We then deleted it and I downloaded it on my account, and he didn't. Its worked fine ever since, just as long as we didn't try to have it on both accounts. This game is awesome, and my brother wants to play too, so could you look into this? Does it have something to do with the game re downloading something it shouldn't? Thank-you, and keep up the good work.

    This sounds very strange. The game does not know anything about your other device so I don't see how it could cause this type of an issue. Maybe what you saw was just a coincidence, could you please try it again?

    The reason why you'd might get an empty screen is that the game initially downloads a ~50MB APK file from Google Play, and then continues to download rest of the content in an OBB file from the Google Play. If the application is started while the download is still ongoing it might just show black screen.

    This is on the same device, with 2 users. (accounts) Both accounts are admin. so they had access to each others files.

    I will try again when I have the time, maybe try to access it on his account without downloading it again. But right now I have to go. I'll be back tonight. (I live hours behind you)

    Ah, I missed the fact that it was the same device, sorry! Honestly, I don't know about multiuser environments on Android. I haven't tried that ever myself, though I can't immediately figure out either why it wouldn't work.

    I think it might have something to do with both accounts being admin.

    I have an android and have 2 different battle bay accounts on the same device. Don't know what the problem could be

    No, different USERS, different accounts, like on PC. Different device accounts. Does no one use that any more?

    Do you maybe know what file starts the program? I can access the files from both accounts, just not start it from both accounts.

    This is very frustrating. *sigh* Trying to get it installed again. Will prob take a day or two before it installs correctly. Meanwhile I will miss my epic crate :eek:. *deep sigh* I understand there is very little/nothing you can do, and I don't hold it against you or Rivio. I will continue to play if I can get it installed correctly.:(:(
