Defense Points effect on fire bomb, carronade, etc?

    What is the effect of the defense points on items that do damage each second for some duration?

    What is the effect of the defense points on items like carronades, missile launchers, triple torpedo, etc?

    What are the red items on which defense points doesn't effect?

    Only fire bypass defense (napalm, flare gun, fire bomb).
    Defense applies normally on items like carronade (example: DEFENSE 10, CARRONADE 5x40, so 10 damage will be subtracted by each of the 5 shots for a total of 50 damage avoided )
