    it does for all MK7 it's a boost of base stats in place of extra slots

    We need an actual Mk7 Defender (or a dev) to come in and show us the "Base Health" before talents are applied, which you can see by tapping on the HP number on your loadout screen. It will break it down into base health + flat talent buffs + % talent buffs.
