(That is not a hate comment...that is personal opinion,i dont mean any hate to the enforser/speeder/shooter mains,sit back and dont take it too hard ok?)

Listen here,i had enough,the only thing i see now on the forum is enforser setups,gameplays(also shooter)have u ever played a defender...or a fixer(i dont mean whe u were mk1 or mk2...i mean for mk4 and above)yea it is hard...and for me is hard to see everyday how defender maints just switch to another ship...i mean...WILL I END UP THE LAST DEFENDER?!i feel alone in the sea...i am the only defender in alot of matches...and i end up like 2nd or 1st
...oh ye les nlt forget that i dropped down 300 imfamy cause bad teMs...so go ahead...try any of the unused ships...and les see how painfull is for you to play them...Defendo dares ya

it's hard to use mk4 fixer when you play with/against mk5 and 6 shooters/enforcers and you are their prime target

He presented no data, nor any statistics. Only conclusions.

 

Well it definitely doesn’t seem underused... in my infamy at 3k it’s more common than every ship other than shooter.

 

There are two simultaneous arguments and I don't dispute it's use and power in lower infamy levels.

As far as nightmare league and the power of the ship, there is a hard ceiling in terms of high end use. I am of firm belief that in it's current state a dedicated defender player will never reach the top 10 rank in Nightmare. The shortfalls of the ship were exposed with the coincident nerf of tesla bolt and explosive cannon heralding the age of Enforcers.

 

I'm never switching from a defender either... Let's hope...

Lol you mean the thread where Miika said that the #1 issue complained about by 20% of his app's customers was all in their imagination? Yeah I am sending a link to that thread ditectly to the ''other" Mika with the header "Battle Bay's Unfulfilled Potential" and a brief explanation (it doesn't need much more). Given that the top CEO in the world Jeff Bezos still reads many customer complaints personally, I figure it is worth a shot.

I never play defender anymore, Not enough fire power

 

but tanky as hell if u got the right items as well as playstyle
although i do agree two red slots at mk4 is hardly enough

 

Even worse when u r mk5 or mk6.. and meet mk6 shooters with 5 weapons each... boom u explode in a ball of fire

Have seen some defenders with 14k shield though.. wish my shooter had that... lol

Why i stopped using defender

 

Don't forget getting bombarded by mortars too
