Dead phone can't access my profile

    I have a problem, I cannot access my profile on my previous phone (dead and will not charge) I tried using my Google Games profile but couldn't get it to work.....Please help...Thanks!

    I did buy a new phone and installed BB, but didn't know the login info for my old account

    ok on the new phone, login to the google play games account that your previous account was linked to and it should show you the option of accessing your old account

    Got it! I don't ever even look at Google Play Games. The app has been updated a bunch and it took me a while to find how to access my account. Now I need to get all of my porn off my dead phone somehow....
