daily reward changed

i feel like the daily rewards are minimal for higher up people (idont think they offer common power cells anymore, @BasedCarpen)

so my idea is to add a pattern.

league reward (always)

this makes leagues end every 1 week,
meaning that wins will count as 30, and losses at -20 (to add posotive infamy gain)

also, you may get 2-3 pieces depending on your league.

broonze: 0-100
III: 101-200
II 201-300
I 301-400

and the metal gets better and better.
so do rewards, you get the idea, so its like this:

bronze, silver, gold, plat, diamond, (insert new metals here)
