Daily pearl won't be delivered after purchase

    I just purchased daily 100 Pearls for 10 days but somehow it didn't work.
    Network was unstable at the moment and I think it must be why.
    Anyway, as you can see the images I uploaded, purchase button is still active as if I didn't buy it (it always be deactivated after the purchase for 10 days) and the calendar never shows 100 pearls that I'm supposed to get for nex 10 days.
    When I tried purchase again, it says 'you already owned it'(It's Korean in the image.)

    My code is #LSRKXBMS.
    Support team, please help this out.
