    Basically a cannon that freezes the target every shot.

    I know what your thinkinfg, HARPO! ISN’T THERE ALREADY A PERK THAT FREEZES PEOPLE NOW?

    Yes I do. And yes I know.

    Buuuuuuuut

    There are still way way more weapons that set people in fire than freeze people, balance out the playing field.

    Anyway, it shoots in an arc
    Dmg when hits
    Freezes when hits
    Like a blast cannon

    I like where you're going with this, but if we're talking about making a new weapon that's made to freeze, let's make it deal DoT like fire does. I had a Frostburn Cannon idea a while back that's basically a flare gun that gives torps and mortars a boost instead of cannons. It fires the same way as a blast cannon but with a slightly slower projectile. Frostburn does not break on impact like regular frost, but also doesn't last as long as regular frost, and let's not forget it deals damage.
