Cool down perk bugged

    It says it works with ALL ITEMS but that seems to be wrong.

    I am unable to use this perk on my turbo. I don’t know if this is designed not to be used with turbo or maybe it’s just a big. Figured I would post it here.

    Not sure if you are a troll or genuinely asking this question but cooldown perks can't be used on blue items. If you are indeed trolling, seeing how you have 3000+ infamy, lmao haha.:p:D

    Next question: Why can't healing cooldowns be used on bandages?

    I was literally just about to post this! The cooldown also doesn’t work with bandages. Seems to be broken.

    It was more of a troll post. I was going to start listing the items that it can’t be used with but that guy beat me to bandages. It shows all colors but they need to remove blue from “ALL ITEMS”.

    Also the fact that speed perks on turbo are more or less useless considering the turbo meets the speed cap on most ships really quickly. I don’t think +60 hp as a perk is really worth it either to add to the turbo.
