Connection issue

    Since 2 months i have issue of connection, the speed at home is 20Mb, at work 40Mb, but still the game is lagging, last week was using VPN, and it's totally work fine, but since the last update, it not working!!
    I'm facing some issues, my hits doesn't count most of battles, and the weapons reload twice, when i hit with the first weapon, others reloads twice!! it make me crazy!!!
    Any help for this!!
