Common power cell conundrum

    Hello Bay Boaters,
    Just a quick question. What can I use my common power cells for?

    Are they just a useless resource which I will just keep stocking up?

    Huh yeah I guess so unless you wanna evolve your commons to have a higher chance of pulling rare and epic pieces.
