Combine Pieces - Bug (no item produced)

I raised this many months ago, but people disregarded my concern. Now that I know there are definitive bugs (for example the 42K guild tokens), I'm going to formally raise my issue.


At least 4-5 times (if not more), I have combined 10 pieces, and the result was 8 pieces + 1 floating piece, instead of the appropriate item type (weapon, utility, static, etc.).


For example, if I combined 10 blue weapon pieces, I would expect to pay some amount of gold, and receive a new rare weapon. Instead, what happens is I get 8 blue weapon pieces (stacked in one tile) and then a separate 1 blue weapon pieces (in another one tile). So essentially I wasted the gold and one blue weapon piece.


Now, this isn’t that big of a deal, but it’s happened enough where it’s really frustrating, especially when it occurred with my legendary and epic items (harder to find).


Can someone please rectify this? Who can I contact to get this fixed? In particular I want my legendary and epic items that I was supposed to get!!!
