Combine - Glitch???

    Man, i am really pissed.

    This is the SECOND time that i have combined 10 pieces and got...NOTHING. i don't understand how that happened. the first time i had a 100% full inventory, so i can understand how some poor coding led to an item just disappearing, but this time i combined with a mostly empty inventory and...NOTHING again. it's like the item i was supposed to get just never made it back.
    instead, what happens is that my 10 pieces goes to 9 pieces. so does this happen to anyone else / am i slow on the take? and if so, will the game reimburse me??? that's nuts.

    I'm no developer, but I will tell you what I know
    First of all, this thread would fit quite nicely in the "Issue, bugs, and support" section of the forums :)
    - The devs have said a few times before that they have NEVER seen items disappear as you are saying, but I haven't seen this problem before, so maybe it's something different
    - If you have a full inventory, then new items will be put into a "temporary" inventory space until you make room for them. So it can't be that
    - it's seems like a connection issue, do you have a good internet connection? (Although either way it "shouldn't" cause you to lose anything)
    - As far as I have heard from the devs, you can't be reimbursed for purchases

    This is all that I know, take it with a grain of salt. Hopefully a developer can settle this for you soon :)

    Agree with Onion on that, did it myself accidentally once. On Gilligans last comment, had a pearl purchase go bad when there was a connection issue during the payment process, money gone but no pearls. Devs were good, responded quickly, sent in google play receipt and money reimbursed in a few days.

    Like ThatOnion said you most likely didn't combine the item but scrapped one piece from the stack instead.
