Close-range auto-aim issues

    When a ship gets close the auto aim consistently jumps away for a moment before coming back to target.

    Here's the thing... I can understand if one wants to emulate a stun behavior when two boats are shooting each other at close range, but where it gets me is when I have a boat in sight, coming straight at me, but is behind a wave, I will take aim waiting for him to clear wave... but just as he clears my aim bounces off target and I essentially lose that shot opportunity. Honestly it is a bit annoying and basically unrealistic. Can the devs explain the reason for doing this?

    I have the same problem. Auto aim sometimes can be something that will coast you the match.

    I keep struggling with my aims ALL THE TIME. It’s been months that I’ve suggested the developers to put an “Free aim” option, when you’re turrent will never turn to anyship by itself. You would have clearly to aim l by yourself.

    Issues I’ve found 2 years playing that never ever have been fixer:

    If there are too many targets together, it gets confused, aim such ships depending on who is getting closer or further.

    If target is too close, but other one is at a mid range, it jumps to the mid range one.

    Sometimes it auto locks in a target, but your are aiming other one

    When you miss the enemy ship from your sight, it automatically return to center, if you were aiming, now you’ll probably hit a wall.

    Same hereeee keep missing the shots because of this stupid issue ... GIVE US AN OPTION TOMSTOP THE STUPID AUTO AIMMMMMMMMM. DEVS DO NOT ANSWERRRRR
