Cheating!

I'm really loving the update and the guild raffles so far! It's really bringing the team together. We love the guild quests!
But we have one problem...

:the problem: We were in the lead in guild quests by 4 on page 3, but then all of a sudden the other guild (Legends of Sparta) is 5 ahead of us! The other guild has made two new accounts to complete quests at a lower infamy, both accounts under 200 infamy . As it's easier to get a win with 80 infamy vs 2000+. ( a member of their guild said they made 2nd accounts intentionally for quests. So it's not just my word)

Idk if anything can be done about this, but in my opinion it's cheating. And not fair on other guilds. We're working our butts off and buying boosts, but you can't compete with that. So please Rovio see what you can do. I'm not the only one with this problem.

how is that cheating? why is it easier to get guild quest completions at lower levels with lower level ships?

if you're level 5 and fighting level 1 i agree.

 

This is happening to every rivalry matchup. Its not exactly cheating, its more like these players are taking advantage of something that should not have been allowed from the start. Players have found a loophole and now everyone is doing it.

 

Yeah it's not against any specific rule. But it's a lot easier to get 5 kills under 300 infamy. They don't know how to play at that lvl lol. I played on my little bro's account yesterday (190 infamy) and got 4 penta kills in a row with ease. I just don't like loop holes. But if that's the way it's gonna be I'll just have to adapt

 

It's not actually cheating, it's just an experienced player vs people with no idea is a bit unfair. Like I said, I got 4 penta kills in a row. Using uncommon items lol. It's just a lot harder to get penta kills 2k+.
But I'll just get over it

It wont be like that for long. The Devs will come up with a fix to stop these unfair players. Lets just hope its sooner rather than later lol

 

How 2 small leveling players can get the lead from that championship guild quest, Yes small players with small infamy can get easier kills but they can only a bit helping and cant get the first place for the guild. You finish with 44 quest and we finished with 49, so don’t cry please and find your way for your guild, now the quest system it’s change and it’s most from that quest it’s damage quest and it’s not kills but that 2 small players are still here and one more time we are in the first place again for the third time.. so it’s about strategy and not cheat... —Leader from Legends of Sparta—

 

Which quests are easier at lower infamy?

Weapons quests are harder as they require damage which is easier with leveled up weapons.

Ship specific quests are probably the same, 50% win ratio

 

Makeing "new" accounts for the purpose of completing quest is deffenantly fround apon, i believe it is being looked into but no statment as of yet that is punishable in anyway...i would not recomend making new accounts for the purpose of doing this, we all know what happened last time ppl abused a loophole. I recomend submiting a ticket directly to the makers about this with screen shots

 

This has already been addressed by changing the quests to making damage from sinking ships. If there is an advantage in 'win with a certain ship' quests, it is very small and other quests are still much harder with those account.

 

Yeah they definitely fixed it with the update. Lower infamy ships don't really help anymore.

 

It was probably the case before they made change to quests. Since it is damage based quest now, all those mini cannot help because they do least amount of damage. For win quest I believe newbies are crushed by mk3, mk4, mk5 seal clubbers. They don't help much in damage quest and it is all waste of time now.
