Changing the Meta + Frost fix

    So many people have been discussing how to better the game, some issues include the Berta balancing, ever growing speeder flare ex cannon meta, frost Nerf too much, etc. Well today I thought of something that will tackle all these problems in one go. The answer is quite simple:

    You inverse Burning and Frost Bonuses

    So what happens now?

    ~ All cannons receive bonus damage on frozen targets.
    ~ Frost will not be removed if target is hit with a mortar or torpedo, but frost will break if hit by any other weapon.

    ~ All torpedoes and mortars receive bonus damage on burning targets.
    ~ Burning will not be removed if target is hit with any cannon, but burning effects will be removed if hit by any other weapon. NOTE: The DOT stays, you just don't get that effect bonus for mortars and torps or heal block if using flare gun. You will see the timer for burning but that only relevant to the effects. The dmg will continue unaffected.

    I believe this solution not only bring about variety but solves multiple problems. Of course in order to avoid a repeat of frost torp or mortar spam, the strengths of the frost needs to be checked again.
    Likewise, in order not to Nerf fire weapons too hard they can receive dmg boost.
