Changes to shield, and overall hp buff to all ships. Tweaks to weapons

    You know that defender is the least popular ship in the game.
    Plus, defenders rely too much on shields.
    So I made up an idea on changing the hp system and defense for all ships

    Defense does not block damage per hit. It blocks percent of damage by hit.
    Here are the stats for defender (rough concept)
    mk1 = 2% damage reduced > mk2 = 2.5% damage reduced > mk3 = 3% damage reduced > mk4 = 4% damage reduced > mk5 = 5% damage reduced > mk6 = 7% damage reduced > mk7 = 8% damage reduced.
    Shield defence perks will be changed. Instead of defeding points, it would add into the percentage. Uncommon = 0.5% > rare = 1% > epic = 1.5%

    A carronade would need a large nerf. The damage would be reduced by 10%. Projectile spread would be reduced by 5-10%
    Missiles = 10-20% less spread. 10% less damage. Devs, make the spread consistent, same with the carronade.

    Also, I have an idea to make missiles not so similar to carronade, instead of having all the bullets land at 1 time. The bullets will trail in the direction of a ship.
    Here is an example:
    An enemy speeder zoomed by you to your friendly fixer (@The Friendly Fixer). You fire missiles and the missiles land 1 by 1 ( every bullet lands in 0.25s (1s total for 4 bullets))

    My other idea was to make the spread of the triple torpedos less, at least by 30% and the inner range by 40%

    Also make all ships get about 20% more hp. And buff all weapons by 10% to fit with the hp buff.
    This way, defenders will begin with a higher base health so they rely less on big shields. (shields will stay the same)

    Here are some rough stats on mk5 after the updaete.

    Shooter = 3300 hp
    Speeder = 2500 hp
    Enforcer = 3200 hp
    Defender = 5300 hp
    Fixer = 2800 hp
