    Hi. one of my guild friend bought a new phone. It is casper via f2 plus model .
    And he couldn't play battlebay now. because there is only voice. but touching is not working. we dont know why. he has called the customer service of casper. But they said: the problem must be with the game not with phone. So i ask to you. Where can the problem be. What is the matter.
    my friend wants to play battlebay on his new smart phone. Please help. thanks.
