Captain Training

Pro advice from a noob... So I'm a level 20ish captain now and I've swapped all kinds of weapons and boats to find my play style. I train my captains at all times depleting sugar as soon as possible but I've left out a few things along the way.

Tip #1: Don't forget to retrain your captain to compliment the weapons you currently use..(Ex. I used to use sniper, so I used the sniper bonus. Now I have a blast canon so it's time to retrain for the blast canon bonus.)
Tip #2: Level your weapons...this may seem intuitive but I often forget to upgrade the weapon or item to the current limit in favor of training a captain...(The captain training is important but so is the weapon or item you grind with in daily battles.
Tip #3: (F2P) - Free to Play - we don't win the lottery on weapons or items choices - so if you collect multiple copies of something use it even if you don't like it....at higher levels its' effect or damage will set you apart and the unfriends hurting a little more....I tried a weapon I didn't think I would like because I have plenty of it and now I'm glad I kept them.

I am a little less of a noob, but still a noob and I agree with everything you said.
And also, don't be afraid to buy more inventory!
If you get an epic, KEEP THE RARE! Just in case...
(Cause RNG doesn't like f2p )
