Captain lvl 10 stuck

    i got one of my captains lvl 10, and can't upgrade ship or continue to train further, pls help

    u have to train all captains...its not possible of keep on upgrading only one..
    the game it self managed like that. other wise every one will choose only 1 captains and stay with only few weapons.
    u have to level up all the captains Equally. as all are linked to each other.
