Captain level bonus question

    I've read that we are not going to get the sugar/gold/chests for our current captain level which is a total crock however I am wondering about the bonus% also associated with the captain levels.

    Do we at least receive the bonus percentages or will those of us that have played and payed for the game thus far also be robbed of the potential bonuses given to new players? Meaning eventually those of us that have kept the game afloat this long will receive less than new players or accounts started after today at the same captain level
