Can't get bonus rewards by advertisement

    I used 4G & 3G connections before.then i could watch ad s & increase battle rewards but now usually i have to use 2G net connection (coz could not use 3G or 4G) & now can't watch ad s most of times.. i feel really awkward coz of this..
    Please pay some attention & solve this.. i've attached a screenshot of after a battle menu also..
