    hi, I can’t log in from Friday afternoon. When I open BB don’t start and don’t load the game.
    Can someone help me??

    No, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but I can’t log in yet.

    Can you confirm the problem, does the game load but not remember your old progress, or will the game not work at all?
    What device and OS are you using?
