Cannon burning perk...

    Can anyone tell me if the cannon can deal the burning effect or can not? Cuz i got 10% burning damage still didnt burn anyship whole game...

    No, it doesn't set the ships on fire. What it does is if you shoot an already burning ship, it will boost your damage by 10%. So if a cannon did 500 damage it would do 550 damage to a burning target.
