Can someone give a logical explanation(s) why these guys even exist/play?

    Hi all, so... I am confused about some "things" (not even players anymore) in these battles I played, these "things" seems to not understand their role in teamwork... I am not sure if I am just misunderstanding the whole thing, so I'd really like to get some opinions, see if people agree, disagree, or both (!?)...
    - Defenders are like "tanks" who have high health as well as high defense, so they should be out in the front "tanking" (duhhh) damages and scouting (assuming no speeder on the team)...
    so why the heck on Earth would some tier 2 tank with sniper and cannon equipped hide in the dam* back of the map or the whole team, be the only survivor after 2 minutes of crossing fires???
    you have high health AND high defense, but you ONLY care to not die fast because you *actually believe* you can do something "by yourself"?? Dude, tank damage! At least stall the enemy fire a bit!
    - Shooters have slots for high end weapons, like rail gun or other 2-slot high-damage ones, but they are usually low in health and defense, so they should watch out not to get too far
    stay in the back and focus their high damage output on the enemies while trying to get as fewer hits as possible. So while tank (can hopefully) distracts the enemy fire, shooters can shoot all they want.

    I have not played much of the other classes of ships, so I'd just stop at those two. Please don't comment irrelevant/unrelated stuff, thank you.

    I seen plenty of those, even as mk4, they use like 3mortars and stand back.. I'm a fixer and I buffed my boat to have a total of 15armour just to be able to take hits. But then again, I've played this game for a month (VIP month just expired an hour ago) and realize not everyone will play the way you wish them to

    I've seen this stuff happen as well. I guess some people that do have high infamy just don't understand the mechanics or how to play the game right still.
    You'll pretty much have this happen unless you're past 2k infamy I am assuming.
