Can people with disabilities or bad phones play on PC with an Android emulator?

    Can people with disabilities or phones of poor quality play on PC with an Android emulator?

    Have the devs spoken to this at all, or is it perhaps in the play agreement?

    Yes I saw some players play from Pc sure no problem with it.

    But is that the official stance of the game developers, or consensus from the community?

    Well... that I'm not sure but as long as you're follow all the in game rules I'm don't see a problem from playing different platform. After all you download the game from Google play or play store right?
    To be assured you can wait for Devs to answer your question.
