Buff carro

    with the new agility the turret rotation slow is pointless as it’s not enough and the ships turning can also counteract the slow.
    The carro should do 75% slow to turret and steering making the ship difficult to manoeuvre for 3 seconds. This would cause it to have a noticeable effect and act as deterrent when used as a defence weapon.
    The effect can be done by each training level adding 25% to the effect.
    For a 70% reduction would place most ships near pre buffed mk6 stats. So it should be more than that.

    I would suggest it should actually be 85% this would put the turret slow back to a comparible level as pre buffed. However it would more than half the agility of the ship. So it would be a case of hit by a carro you are going in a straight line for 3sec.

    Second point is if they deemed the Gatling gun pointless against enemies with high defence so they made it ignore it, why does the carro not also gain some love in that respect too. It is one of the other few weapons what defence actually does something to and cripples it in lower levels.
