Black Screen when started

    Hello,
    For the past week I was NOT able to play or even see the home screen, whenever I start I get a completely black screen with nothing on it!
    Please note that I've recently purchased the 10 days Pearl package and lost all daily awards of 100 daily pearls! How can I get help and compensation?

    I had that issue a while back. Not exactly sure how I fixed it, I think it had something to do with the OBB file. I think copied it, then deleted the old one, then pasted it back or something. Then again, there was an update right before I did this. Are you on Android?

    Well when the game starts its a black screen... it might just take time to load... if thats not the problem then you should try deleting the app and reinstalling it... if that doesn't work either contact the support team...
