    What is the best perk for Big Torpedo? I'm leaning towards faster projectile.

    extra dmg to frozen targets, if you're a yellow boat. projectile speed, if you're a shooter.

    I'm running all damage perks on mine. I want it to hit like a truck, and every bit of damage helps with that. Speed perks are good, but even with them, you're not going to be hitting ships directly so there's no point imo.

    i prefer put all damage perks, even used projectile speed before.
    just try and swap it if you have more perks.
