Better Free Crates

    It might be nice if you got the odd Blue crate for your free/star crates, especially at later levels, as happens with care packages.

    I’m not that advanced, but I’ve already reached a point where I’m scrapping all grey and green items without a thought, and most blue items.

    It would make it much more ‘worth it’ to sign in frequently and collect the crates, if there was a better chance of getting items appropriate to my level.

    This might also help people at the lower end of Nightmare, as they’d have a better chance of finding stuff they need, to keep upgrading, without having to depend on league prizes.

    Yes the crates are now almost pointless and im still relatively new to the game, highest infamy is 1180 I think.
    Greys and greens go straight in the scrapper and very rarely produce anything usable.
    Dont remember the last time I got a blue item out of a star crate, not sure it ever has TBH.

    TBH, not even the most beginners will find these thing useful, perhaps gradually upgrading crates depending on league?Will probably create a thread on that if someone like this idea :)

    Or tied to your captains level maybe?
    Levels 1-10: 100% common crate (grey) and standard 15 star crate as you get now.
    Levels 11-30: 100% Uncommon crate (green) and rare 75 star crate with at least one rare item
    Levels 31+: 80% Uncommon Crate 20% Rare Crate and Epic 125 star crate with at least one rare item and one epic piece
